Do you provide COA, MSDS, and technical documentation?

Yes, every sample and shipment includes full Certificates of Analysis (COA) and MSDS. Third-party lab reports can be provided upon request.

Is there a minimum order quantity for full orders?

Standard production MOQ is 500kg. However, we accept smaller trial orders after sample evaluation. MOQ for custom specifications may vary.

Can I request specific grit sizes or packaging?

Absolutely. We offer fully customized grit sizes and packaging options including bulk bags, small packs, and OEM private labeling for long-term clients.

How fast can you deliver?

Samples are usually shipped within 3–5 days. Bulk orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks by air freight or 4–6 weeks by sea freight.
